Abstract

Abstract: To study the methods of diagnosis and treatment of female bladder neck obstruction, 24 cases of female bladder neck obstruction were reviewed. All cases underwent transurethral resection of the semicircle of bladder neck. No incontinence or fistula has been noted. Cystourethroscopy with urodynamic study is a reliable diagnostic method and transurethral resection of semicircle of bladder neck is a better therapeutic option.
