Abstract: The aim of the present study was to examine the expression of LN, collagen Ⅳ, Ⅷ-R Ag, CD34, CD105 by immunohistochemistry in sections with human endometrial functional status. Ten secretory human endometrial sections were stained immunohistologically for two basement membrane markers ( Laminin, collagen Ⅳ ) and three endothelial markers (factor Ⅷ related antigen, CD34, CD105). Capillary density was counted in a ×100 field (×10 objective lens and×10 ocular lens, 0.998 mm2 per field) in the most active area of endometrium by an image analyzer (LEICA Q500IW). On the same sample and the same cut of the sections, a significant difference was found in the capillary density and morphosis. CD34 and CLⅣ are the best markers for the capillary density.
