Treatment of In stent Restenosis with Rotational Atherectomy and Balloon Angioplasty

Abstract

Abstract: To evaluate the treatment of in stent restenosis with rotational atherectomy and balloon angioplasty. The rotational atherectomy and 405.2～607.8 kPa low pressure balloon angioplasty was performed in 3 patients with in stent restenosis. All cases were successful. The management of in stent restenosis in target vessels using a combination of rotational atherectomy and balloon angioplasty is safe and efficient.
