Abstract: To investigate the biological behavior of the gallbladder, observed the histological pattern of nerve fiber, neuron and mast cell by using the ABC immunohistochemical method. Light electron microscope was used in order to observe synaptic vesicle in the nerve fiber of guinea pig gallbladder, a number of large dense cored vesicles and a few small undense cored vesicles were seen in the nerve fiber containing substance P and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)positive immunoreactivity. The experiment also showed that around the blood vessel and lymph vessel the synaptic vesicles of positive immunoreactivity nerve fiber were small dense cored vesicles.
